Tenancy Officer based in Croydon and the rate is £19.73ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will be required to manage day to day tenancy issues they will be dealing with ASB and carrying out estate inspections. They need someone that has experience working specifically as a housing officer dealing with all above duties.
