Job Description:

Support Engineer – Remote - €40,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with a top Software House on a Product Support Engineering role.

Due to the massive growth within the company, my client are now looking for someone to join their Product Engineering team and act as the primary point of contact for incidents regarding applications and work alongside the software development team to help resolves issues.


  • Work on backlog development tasks using tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Write and test reusable code
  • Identify bugs and troubleshoot errors
  • Assisting the development team and others with projects
  • Analysing logs, code and configuration files
  • Monitor and log incidents
  • On-call rota


  • IT Support experience
  • Experience working with Cloud SaaS products
  • Ticketing systems experience
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud/DevOps
  • SQL Server experience
  • Understanding of application logs and traces


They are offering salaries up to €38,000 and are offering benefits such as – Paid courses, training, study leave, 28 days annual leave, Hardware for WFH office


This is a Malta based company, offering fully remote working for those who live in a 2 hour difference from Malta.
