Frankly Recruitment have a new exciting job opportunity for a dynamic Customer Support Executive to join a growing team for our client in Swindon.

Role: Customer Support Executive
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – 9am – 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Location: Swindon, SN3 (Office based)
Salary: £25,000 (£12.82 per hour)

We are looking for a Customer and Technical Support Executive to join our client as they transfer their customer service operations from an external supplier to establishing a brand new, professional in-house friendly team working directly our Head Office Operation in Swindon.
We are looking for an exceptional customer service professionals to provide outstanding customer handling and service to customer, and internal colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities
• Daily Customer contact management.
• Daily Parts/stock look up management.
• Some Technical support management.
• Data base management via Salesforce.
• Supporting Aftersales Team with specific requests.
• Supporting with data base administration.
• Keeping records of activities with regular reporting to the Customer & Technical Manager.
• Initiate continuous improvement actions into the role, systems, and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• To administer and maintain competitive parts and accessory pricing analysis.
• Delivering internal training where required.
