Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties: 

• Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
• Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
• Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
• Registering Applicants and attending viewings
• All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
• Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
• Supporting with valuations
• Sales chasing

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer / Assistant Manager experience is essential or at least 2 years
• Genuine desire to not just earn a salary but to be part of further growing and building a business for the future
• Be looking to step into a management role within the next 6-12 months
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
