Assistant Technical Manager – Food Manufacturers

Job Title:           Assistant Technical Manager
Location:          North London
Salary:              Circa £30-33k

Candidate:

You will have solid experience working within food manufacturing technical function and be ready for your first step as an assistant technical manager.

Essential

• Food safety & HACCP
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• UK retailer’s specification writing or amending
• Audit experience
• A tenacious, self starter with a strong person drive and a passion for food.

Role:

• Working alongside the Technical Manager, you will ensure that all specifications are accurate and complete.
• You will also work closely with the customers, investigating food safety issues or complaints
