Administrator (Hybrid) needed in Bournemouth, £12.70ph PAYE - Reference: 5227986

The successful candidate will be expected to attend training in-office for a minimum of four weeks. Following training it is expected that they will be in the office a minimum of one day a week.

• Ensure that the operational aspects of the Fair Access Panel (process and systems) are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate the pre-panel preparation and distribution of correspondence ensuring compliance with the Protocol and the Code.
• Ensure the effective monitoring of progress and timeliness of applications considered by the Fair Access Panel and take action as necessary to champion the needs of vulnerable families.
• Responsible for assessing home to school transport applications for assistance with the costs of travel for eligible children against local and national policy criteria and implementing the home to school transport eligibility process

 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
