Risk & Compliance Senior Manager (Financial Services)- Hybrid 2/3 x weekly London / Edinburgh / Glasgow / Bristol –  £70k Salary Negotiable depending on experience

Pearson Carter is working with a market leading multi sector business services Firm who are looking for a Risk & Compliance Senior Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing CompaaS service pillars that are relevant to Compliance functions for Financial Services clients
• Engaging with clients to understand their key Compliance challenges and creating connections through to CompaaS service pillars that can help solve those challenges
• Creating commercial proposals and delivering client pitches
  
  

Experience:

• Proven experience of taking ownership of Compliance Process
• Sound technical financial services knowledge, experience working with professional services firms
• Expert understanding of wider Compliance function & operating model

Salary

They offer a very competitive & negotiable salary of up to £70k.

Location

Hybrid – Office in London/Edinburgh/Glasgow/Bristol (potential Visit 2/3 x per week)
