Engagement/ Customer Success Manager, Microsoft Partner, Remote

Pearson Carter is working very closely with a Microsoft partner, who are looking for an Engagement Manager with experience on D365 Business Central to join their team with projects already ongoing and lined up for the rest of the year and needing experienced people with excellent customer service skills to manage there growing client list.

Responsibilities

  • First and foremost, your job is to keep customers happy, well served, and informed
  • Helping with Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central training, possibly set up and showing off the solution in mini demos
  • Keeping your customers up to date with the latest updates and technologies; TNP software and third-party solutions
  • Assisting in improving processes and any challenges that the customer may be facing using existing modules in Dynamics NAV & 365 Business Central
  • Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes
  • Priority on understanding the customer needs and finding a way to help make the system work for them
  • Coordinating change requests internally with our Projects Team
  • Establishing dynamic working relationships with the internal Product Development Team to understand new updates and functionality
