Driver Hire Southampton are currently recruiting for Class 2 Skip driver to work for a leading recycling company based in Southampton. The client is looking for someone with a positive working attitude as well as someone who would like to develop their skills in as an HGV driver.

About this role:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:30am start
• You may be required to work some Saturdays
• 12-week temp to perm
• Delivering, collecting and exchanging skips
• Work in the Southampton and surrounding area
• Driving a Class 2 vehicle
• Induction provided

What we require from our Class 2 drivers:

• Class 2 licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
• Own transport to commute to and from work is essential
• Minimum of 1 year experience driving a Class 2 vehicle
• Previous experience on skip trucks is preferred (3 months)
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Completing deliveries in a timely manner
• Happy to work occasional Saturdays
