Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a self motivated Employment Support Worker who will support ex-offenders that have recently been released from custody.

Working with both male and female ex-offenders, you will work closely to enable participants across all aspects of everyday life to encourage them to re-enter society. You will work with a fluctuating caseload of participants, supporting across everything from accommodation, substance misuse, personal finances,  skills, and a host of other interventions to ultimately support them to gain sustainable employment.

You will have previous experience working in a similar role, supporting customers with barriers to life, learning and community. You will manage your caseload effectively through clear, supportive communication and the setting of SMART targets and you will be skilled in working to monthly KPI’s and targets.
