Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Employment Advisor who will support jobseekers to gain new skills, widen their horizons and support them in to employment.

You will work with a caseload of customers who may have multiple barriers to work (drug/alcohol problems, ex-offender, mental health, disability or long term health), you will meet on a regular basis, completing in-depth diagnostics and creating SMART targets at each intervention to address their lack of skills or motivation..

You will ensure customers are on track to secure sustainable employment with regular, personalised interventions. You should have previous industry experience helping jobseekers -  we are however open to chatting with applicants who have transferable skills and a good understanding of the labour market and current challenges. A Level 4 qualification in Careers Information Advice & Guidance is desirable.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
