Excellent client handling skills, as you’ll be supporting business clients through the migration process.

An interest in modern software technologies (e.g. perhaps you’ve created a uni’ project using C#?)

Someone who is keen and engaged to learn more (there’s so much to learn and gain on this job!)

The ability to be flexible with your core hours (a later start / later finish, perhaps a 1-2x per week, as there’s a US focus)
