Orion are excited to work with a growing electronic manufacturing business who are looking for a Senior Sales Manager This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, tenacious Senior Sales or Sales Manager to join this well-established company at a crucial point in the next phase of their growth journey.

Our client provides manufacturing and test equipment globally; therefore, an understanding of the PCB electronics industry is crucial.

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be taking the lead on:

• Build strong relationships with the Sales team, Engineering team, Internal Sales Admin team, Key customers, and Distributors.
• Support the growth of the business through technical support to the Sales team.
• Work closely with the Engineering department to ensure production is on time.
• Maintain and closely monitor market positions for the business.

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be rewarded with:

• Salary range for £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
• 10% bonus based on Company performance targets.
• Car allowance.
• 25 days annual leave (plus 8 days BH).
• Medical cover – including dental and an optical contribution.

• A background in PCB electronics with an understanding of assembly and the industry.
• Experience in managing and growing a sales team.
• Experience in managing and developing distributor relationships.
