Senior Account Manager – Duties

• Managing team members.
• Ensuring team members KPI’s are hit, offering support and training when needed.
• Achieving rental targets and 100% occupancy rates.
• Gaining new landlords
• Liaising with landlords to ensure they receive an exceptional level of service.
• Conduct property viewings with investors.
• Regular mamgement meetings to review profitability of sites.
• New business generation.
• Complaints handling.
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of local area and competitors.

Senior Account Manager – Experience Needed:

• Previous experience of managing a team.
• Strong lettings knowledge.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Good understanding of the local market.
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
