Excellent opportunity for an Internal Recruiter or someone who has a background in Recruitment consultancy and is keen to move into internal recruitment

Our client is an international recruitment business that has significantly grown year on year, having quickly established their brand, reputation and forged strong relationships across the financial services, banking and insurance sectors with leading America, UK and French financial institutions. They now have ambitious growth plans for the next 3 years and looking for someone to support them through this journey.

Your profile:

Recruitment/resourcing/internal recruitment experience (1-2 years)

Degree educated, ideally with an HR or related degree but not essential

Strong communication skills

Excellent verbal reasoning skills

Analytical

Excellent generation presentation skills both virtual and face to face.

Ability to influence

Commercial acumen

General understanding of marketing

Experienced at writing content (LinkedIN, Instagram, etc)

A high degree of fluency in English is essential.

Role:

You will be involved in the following:

Talent mapping

Identifying, attracting future recruiters

Screening, vetting candidates.

Negotiate with relevant third parties

Employer branding

Attending career fairs/physical and virtual events

On-boarding new joiners

Designing/refining the recruitment process
