Full-time (36 hours per week) Parking Customer Services Officer contract to start on 06-11-18 until 31-03-19 with a possible extension.
Undertake telephone duties in the Call Centre giving accurate advice to customers on a wide range of parking and suspension related enquiries and issues, ensuring that all calls are responded to politely. Process Payments for both penalty charge notices and suspensions. Have the skills to process applications for suspensions, skip licences, temporary structures and plant and material licences.
