Rark solutions are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a proactive approach in helping our company deliver 'First class Customer Service’ to the Hub’s Channel customers, Local Authorities and other data providers our client based in Kings Hill, Kent office.
As a Customer Helpdesk Advisor, you will be part of a team that is jointly responsible in supporting the Hub’s Channel customers, Local Authorities and other data providers, ensuring that customer queries are being dealt with promptly and thoroughly, with a strong focus on first call resolution and profound customer service. This a fixed term contract to cover maternity cover for up to 12 months.
You will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, Proficient communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail. Able to work flexibly, as a team as well as on your own to meet deadlines and targets. Ideally, you will have some experience in helpdesk environment.
