Senior Lettings Negotiator – Duties:  

 Letting Negotiator – dealing with maintenance issues etc.

•Understanding and operating systems such as Goodlord , CFP and fixflo .

• Understanding and delivering Tenant Care policy

• Letting Properties according to targets .

• Generating Landlord Referrals (canvassing etc)

• Conducting Inventories

• Property Inspections

• Contracts/referrals/references

• Overseeing government legislation, eg Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety certificates etc

Senior Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed 

Minimum of 3 years lettings experience is essential, ideally at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level. 

You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills. 

You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy. 

Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented. 

You will be target driven and ambitious. 

Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount. 

Driving license is essential
