Dynamics CRM Manager - £60,000 - London - International End User

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Global Microsoft Partner, who are looking to hire a Dynamics CE CRM Manager/Analyst to work with their in-house system, owning data-related matters globally.

Responsibilities:

• Administer MS Dynamics 365
• Run and action daily data housekeeping routines
• Provide support to 200+ users
• Play a championing role and educate the workforce on the capabilities, potential uses and benefits of the CRM system

Experience:

• Strong Dynamics 365 experience in a similar role
• Experience managing Data Quality in a CRM System
• Experience Supporting Dynamics 365 1st and 2nd line
• Power Platform experience (Flows/Automate) extremely desirable

Salary:

This role offers a base up to £60,000 + benefits.

Location:

This client is working to a hybrid working model with travel to their London office.
