Job Description:

Customer Service Advisor needed in Solihull, £11.81ph PAYE - Reference: 397767

100% on site with potential to do a couple of days from home after fully trained on processes


  • Customer Service Advisor required to help book in deliveries, arrange collections and order repairs for equipment.
  • Orders and referrals will come through to the online ordering system - the advisor will help monitor the hold queue.
  • Expected to answer the phones and reply to emails regarding the equipment bookings.
  • Busy environment - expect from 30-50 calls per day. The successful candidate will ideally have contact centre experience and used to high volume levels of calls.


This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
