Job Description:

Senior Customer Service Advisor needed in Cambridge, £15.00ph PAYE - Reference:5228854

These positions are for our customer services team, working in our contact centre dealing with customer queries by phone, email and face to face.

We provide an end to end service, answering queries, applying discounts, making arrangements, advising on eligibility and supporting customers to make applications, appeals, DHP requests.

Candidates must ideally have:

• extensive knowledge of Council Tax and Housing Benefit as well as Council tax reduction schemes
• be competent in Northgate NES system
• be competent in information at work (IFAW)
• Have used contact centre telephony systems (preferably Storm)



This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
