Full-time (36 hours per week) Customer Services Officer contract to start on 29-10-18 until 27-01-19 with a possible extension.
To support the referral, intake and duty functions for the Contact and Assessment and Intake Service that requires intensive, direct contact with service users, carers and other professionals and/or agencies. To be responsible for handling all incoming calls and enquiries, screening referrals in line with the Care act eligibility criteria, undertaking initial contacts and screening assessments of all new and unallocated service users and/or issuing prescriptions for simple equipment for those who present with immediate needs.
