Our Client based in Central Oxford are looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer to join their Contact Centre on a Temporary basis with a view for moving to a 12 month Fixed Term Contract based on performance.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service to customers visiting and contacting the company by telephone and other multi-media channels, by providing an efficient and accurate service on a range of the company’s services. You will also be liaising with a wide variety of people, problems and service situations, in line with the expected quality and service standards.
