An excellent opportunity has become available for a Lettings Accounts Administrator with a long standing, award winning Sales and Lettings business based in Harrogate.  

Lettings Accounts Administrator Benefits

  • Monday – Friday role 9am – 5:30pm

Lettings Accounts Administrator Duties:

  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Bank reconciliation. 
  • Receipting rent payments.
  • Chasing debtors.
  • Processing and arranging deposit returns.

Lettings Accounts Administrator Experience needed

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Accounts experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Team player & articulate
  • Quick thinker & customer focussed
  • Flexible working approach
  • Proactive & enthusiastic
  • This is a great opportunity for a detail orientated, experienced Property Administrator with accounts experience
