Up to £28,000 per year + Bonus

We are recruiting for an experienced Employer Engagement Consultant who will work with unemployed customers to enable them to access, apply for and secure future employment.

You will be a skilled sales professional, able to build rapport with employers, identify new job vacancies and you will support each customer throughout the application and interview process to ensure they are successful in securing a new job role. You will understand the labour market and some of the challenges customers with barriers to employment will have.

You will be target driven, motivated to deliver exceptional service to your employers and job seekers, be able to manage the full recruitment process. You will ideally have past recruitment experience, or you will have transferable skills.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and will have access to your own vehicle as this role will involve visiting businesses across the region.
