Lamonby Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a reputable manufacturer of boilers based near Tunbridge Wells. A home-based role, you will be required to cover London and the South of England as an area.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing an effective business development plan in conjunction with the Director of Specification and Commercial Heating to implement that plan to achieve or exceed sales targets. In addition, to maximise the potential for future sales in the specific target sectors of the market as outlined below, within the defined territory and as part of the overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience in boiler sales / business development and will also have a very strong background in commercial sales / business development. Candidates with sales experience in transferable markets such as flue’s and/or under-floor heating will also be considered.
In return, you will receive a starting salary between £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent upon experience, a company vehicle, bonus scheme, 25 days holiday per year, entrance into a company pension scheme, as well private medical insurance upon successful completion of probationary period.
