Full-time (37 hours per week) Claims Management Support Officer contract to start on 12-11-18 until 29-03-19 with a possible extension.
To give technical and clerical assistance to Claims Management Officers and other staff in the performance of their duties. To collate relevant information to support officers in their investigations. To handle incoming calls, gather information and signpost callers. To assist with investigations, exercises, surveys or research and in the compilation of results.
