Full-time (37 hours per week) Customer Services Officer contract to start on 19-11-18 until 31-03-19 with a possible extension.
To provide front line customer services via appropriate customer access channels on behalf of the partnership. To provide an internal support service in relation to copy, print, scanning, post and procurement. Provide accurate and consistent information to customers on behalf of the partnership with the aim of resolving queries at first point of contact. This may include face to face, telephone, email or online customers and may relate to any of the partnership’s services.
Where queries cannot be resolved at first point of contact direct customers to the appropriate officers or other organisations.
