Business Analyst – Financial Services, Isle of Man
An experienced Business Analyst is required by an international Financial Services organisation to engage in a significant project.
High quality, easily accessible data is essential for enabling the company to provide a first-class service to its customers and comply with regulatory demands. The ongoing modernisation and digitisation of the company relies on excellent use of data. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing and defining the data needs of the organisation, and contributing to the design of the data architecture and the roadmap to its delivery.
In addition to the core Business Analysis skills, you will need the following experience:

In addition to the core Business Analysis skills, you will need the following experience:
- A strong understanding of data within an FS organisation; reassessing data flows, data management, data governance
- Leading analysis for large multi-functional projects
- Ability to gain a holistic view of processes by applying business context to technical knowledge gleaned from individuals who may not be aware of the bigger picture
- Working across teams to understand the ‘as is’ solution and assess end to end process requirements
- International business experience – multiple jurisdictions, multiple regulatory environments
- Ideally, an awareness of IFRS17 and its implications for data and processes
