Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - 12 Month Contract
35,800 – 40,000 depending on experience
Twlight shift pattern – 2 Days 2 Nights 5 Off / 2 Days 3 Nights 4 Off / 3 Days 2 Nights 5 Off Rotation

Due to increase in workload we are looking for 4 Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join this team of 13 Engineers on a 12 month contract.
This employer has 5 sites across the UK, this being the smaller of the 5 however turning over the highest profit.
Being on site here it would be beneficial to have heavy industry experience but not essential.
As a Maintenance engineer on site, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and where needed building facilities and also project work.
Currently the site runs at 70% reactive maintenance, however there are plans in place, a new CMMS system that are due to be implemented to improve this significantly by the end of the year. Although running at 70% reactive maintenance it’s not a high-pressured environment.
This really is a family feel working environment, everyone pulls their weight and gives each other a helping hand.
Experience Required
Qualified to a level 3 (NVQ/C&G) in either discipline as a minimum.
If mechanically qualified will need electrical qualifications in order to work safely.
Mechanically – experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Electrically – 3-phase, contactors, sensors, electrical fault finding as a minimum
Maintenance engineer from any background considered i.e. heavy industry, fmcg, metals, building products and also EX RAF/Navy/Army
