The rate of pay is from £12.70ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be the First Point of Contact to the team as part of Customer Services that triages calls for Adult and Children’s Social Care Teams, including safeguarding calls. The work is in a contact center environment. Staff need to work in Shrewsbury.
