I am looking for an Estimator for a client of mine. This is a role with a construction client of mine as an Estimator.

As an Estimator, you will occupy an office-based role or hybrid once settled as an Estimator and also carry out site visits/surveys when required. Working within a vibrant and collaborative company, this role will report to the Estimating Manager.

Main responsibilities of the Estimator include:

• Travelling across the UK to survey works and meet with clients
• Compiling Scopes of work from client briefs and documentation
• All aspects of tendering
• Sending packages to new and existing Sub-contractors across the supply chain
• Compiling estimates of true cost from multiple sectors and presenting to the Estimating Manager
• Presenting clear handovers for the Commercial and Operational stakeholders
