Evidence Management Unit Administration Assistant needed in Lincoln, £10.71ph PAYE - Reference: 359696

 

The post holder will be required to carry out the administration, preparation, and processing of prosecution files in accordance with criminal justice policy; to ensure the progression of cases through the court process by means of timely and accurate case preparation.

Demonstrate the force values at all times. All staff involved in carrying out functions in this role will do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.

Responsible for the inputting, updating, maintenance and quality control of information, National and other force computer systems in accordance with policies and directives current at the relevant time

Administration of requests for Crown Court records of taped interviews by use of Niche tasking or other appropriate means. Liaise with CPS to provide copies of digital interview recordings as required and in accordance with local agreements.

 

Carry out accurate and prompt maintenance of manual and computerised records to ensure the integrity of data held, in line with company policies and procedures so that all information is readily available and accessible.

 

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
