The rate of pay is from £11.39ph PAYE
This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will be the First Point of Contact to the department and will be expected, once trained, to understand, support and advise a wide range of customers making enquiries regarding all services through multiple channels of access. They will be responsible for resolving a high level of calls at the initial point of contact. Experience of working within a Contact Centre is essential
They will be required to provide accurate, meaningful and consistent advice to customers, ensuring that they understand the action which will be taken, listen patiently, to empathise with the customer’s situation and convey a genuine desire to help and support and work with colleagues within the Contact Centre and other service areas to ensure the highest levels of first time call resolution and customer satisfaction.
