Job Description:

 A challenging and varied senior position has become available to lead a new Commercial division within a highly established, well respected Estate Agents in Birmingham city centre. As Commercial Sales Manager you will be building this division from the ground up, simultaneously building stock and reputation as the agent to go to for Commercial property business in the city centre.

Commercial Sales Manager - Benefits

  • A strong basic salary of up to £50,000

Commercial Sales Manager - Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementing process and procedure in order to grow the Commercial business
  • Build, liaise with and network to create firm relationships with commercial property owners and developers
  • Identifying new business opportunities across the commercial sector which may include mixed use developments, industrial warehouse, offices and retail space, maximising on every opportunity
  • Build a successful division with the long term plan of developing a team of commercial negotiators and administrators to further enhance the commercial service provision of this leading estate agent name

Commercial Sales Manager - Requirements

  • Ideally you will be an experienced chartered surveyor and registered valuer, with a strong knowledge of valuations and business generation across the commercial sector.
  • You will have the ability, knowledge and network to build a successful, reputable commercial division within this already successful estate agency name
  • Long term you will have the ability to recruit and lead a team
  • You will ideally have a strong understanding of the local market and will be able to identify new opportunities to grow the business further.
