Customer Service Assistant based in SE London
The rate of pay is from £13.73ph PAYE
This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will be required to support Leisure services with a front line face to face customer service.
There are various hours’ available, PT, FT and adhoc shifts.
They will provide a friendly welcome to all members and visitors. Dealing efficiently and politely with any enquiries from all members, visitors and staff and always ensuring the highest possible standards of customer care are being delivered.
They will work as part of a team to ensure members and visitors are welcomed and their needs understood, they will assist customers with choice & enrolment on the centers courses and will deal with any complaints and compliments professionally, escalating them where appropriate.
