Description:

The successful candidate will join a Microsoft Partner within the Software Solutions Space, based in Malta.

Due to huge global demand, they are seeking an ambitious Technical Team Lead to supervise the daily operations of the team and provide guidance on technical and process-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT support team and their day to day operations
• Manage and optimize team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and effective resource utilization
• 2/3rd line technical support
• Mentor and develop team members, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Foster Strong relationships with customers
• Analyze performance of support activities and documented resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in an IT Support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Technologies, both on-premise and cloud platforms
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent leadership and Team Management skills
