Step Teachers are working with a primary school in Ilford to find a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Reception. The perfect candidate will have prior experience supporting on a 1:1 basis and is imperative they know British sign language. This is a long-term role starting in September 2023.

• Working across EY/KS1 to support pupil/s with SEN
• Support children on a 1-1 and group setting
• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

• Experience working with special needs
• Relevant teaching assistant/special needs qualifications desirable
• Must be confident with British Sign Language
