IT Helpdesk System Supervisor, Leeds – up to £35k!!!
Pearson Carter are currently with a Global Construction/Infrastructure focused Consultancy who are looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer.
- Manage, maintain, and develop the IT Helpdesk environment.
- Oversee the different help desk support staff’s daily activities.
- Supervise and monitor all open tickets and identify overdue issues.
- 5 years’ experience in a IT Support Environment
- Hands on experience of operating a helpdesk environment
- Delivering a quality IT experience in-line with ITIL
Competitive salary of up to 35,000 depending on experience
Office is based in Leeds and is fully office based 5 x a week.
