Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Supervisor/Housekeeper who will ensure the provision of domestic services within university Halls of Residence.

On a daily basis you will ensure the Domestic Services team receive the training and support needed to complete their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. You will supervise all staff members ensuring that high levels of cleanliness are achieved at all times and all SLA’s are met daily.

You will plan resources to ensure that all operational areas of buildings are covered at all times and you will assist with induction, training and the development of staff to ensure they perform their duties accurately and professionally.  You will have previous experience supervising and training staff within a cleaning environment and you will have a professional approach to work and all activities undertaken.
