Senior Security Engineer - Edinburgh - £65k 

Pearson Carter are currently working with global cyber security specialists and whose purpose is to defend companies against threats, breaches and cyber-attacks.

They have grown organically to circa 200 employees who help defend more than 150 organisations in Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia. Their clients sit in local and regional governments, charities, and companies in industries as varied as higher education, housing, law, insurance and financial services, energy, professional services and retail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure alert tuning is carried out to improve the service and maintain the efficiency of the SOC
• Liaise with customers and SOC to aid with effective tuning of the service
• Create, maintain, and update analytic and / or ticket enrichments based of SOC

Experience:

• Leadership / senior / mentoring skills 
• SOC skills 
• Sentinel
• MS Defender 
• Azure cloud

Salary:

They are offering a salary of up to 65k +Benefits

Location:

Edinburgh 1x a week
