Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Work Coaches who will mentor and support job seekers to break down their barriers to employment.

You will work with a fluctuating caseload of customers who need help across all aspects of their job search - they might have multiple barriers to employment to overcome.  You will complete initial diagnostics with all customers, identifying their skills, or lack of and their individual barriers to employment which come to light.

You will create SMART targets with each customer, helping them to break down their barriers to work and you'll work intensively with them to keep on track with their journey in to employment though a host of training and mentoring opportunities.

You will currently work with job seekers helping them to find work or you will work in a supportive role, helping customers/colleagues etc. to overcome personal barriers to life, learning or employment.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
