The rate of pay is from £150.00 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will be reporting to the HR Recruitment Manager; the successful applicant will be required to support and co-ordinate HR Recruitment colleagues with administrative tasks that will include, but not limited to:
- Advertising of vacancies
- Processing New Starters
- Maintaining the Recruitment inbox
- DBS checks
- RTW work checks
- Maintain folders and ensure fit for purpose with the correct file and compliant with GDPR
As well as the Business as Usual, there will be an opportunity to support the HR Recruitment Manager on a number of on-going projects that include the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System and Procurement of Temporary Labour Contract. Ideal candidate would be used to working within a fast paced and challenging environment. Organisational skills are key and will be a proficient user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Teams, Excel, word and One Note).
The will be a three month assignment initially and there is a requirement to be on-site for three days per week, which may reduce to 2, however this is not guaranteed.
