We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 driver with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to work for one of our clients on a contract until November. Your role will be to transport equipment to various sites around the UK. 

Job Description:

• Contract beginning in September until November
• Monday to Friday (you will be required to work 6 days a week every 2 weeks)
• Long distance driving
• Start times 7:00am (8–10-hour days)
• Working for overhead power lines
• Delivering construction supplies around South and East of UK

What we require from our HGV drivers:

• Full UK driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years experience on a Class 2 vehicle
• Must have experience on a manual and split shift gearbox
• Previous strapping and chaining experienced is required
• Outstanding communication skills
• Physically fit and happy with some handballing
• Focused and happy to help where needed
• Own transport to commute to and from work is essential for this role
