BC Support Consultant – Hybrid (London)

Currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner who now wishes to make an addition to the support team. This role will be hybrid in central London, providing 1st and 2nd line support. 

Experience

• Experienced with supporting Business Central
• Experienced with providing 1st and 2rd point of contact support
• Customer centric and solution minded.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer queries in relation to 1st and 2nd line support
• Operating through a ticket system
• Escalating any 3rd line support tickets to a consultant

Salary

Offering a market-competitive rate up to £45,000 (DOE) alongside an extensive benefits package – including Health & Wellness package, Employee Assistance, Company Contributory Pension

Location

This client has an office in central London and is looking for someone to come on-site 2-days a week.
