Housing Customer Service Advisor needed in Hammersmith, £17.27ph PAYE - Reference: 004836
1.1 To provide a single point of contact for those contacting about housing services and repairs.
1.2 To ensures that customers receive a timely and positive response to their contact, achieving performance targets and high rates of satisfaction.
1.3 To respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of customer access channels, including telephone, email, web, social media, and post.
1.4 To deliver a consistent, reliable, customer focused service, ensuring value for money and responsive services to anyone contacting and to act as a positive role model for all staff.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
