To provide a safe and clean environment for the Client’s communal areas including meeting standards of cleanliness and identifying health and safety issues.

Must have driving licence, council vehicle provided

Key Objectives:

To keep the communal areas clean to specified standards.

To ensure appropriate equipment and materials are ordered, replaced and kept in proper working order

Be aware of Health and Safety Regulations with reference to cleaning materials used and methods of working

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
