The school 

• Based in Newcastle
• Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted
• Students are aged 5 to 16 years old
• Children who attend have ECHP for SEMH / Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties 

The role 

• Full time Art Teacher for maternity cover
• Planning diverse lesson that suit varying abilities
• Following behaviour policies and ensuring children are engaged
• Promoting and maintaining attendance 

You

• Will have QTS
• Will be an Art specialist
• NQT’s/ECT’s are welcome to apply
• Have previous experience of teaching children with special needs
• Will have a resilient character and be able to build strong rapport with your students
