Job Description:

HR Business Partner based in SE London.   

The rate of pay is from £21.64ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will be required to support the transformation of the People and OD Service, activities will include working with the relevant heads of service to deliver their consultation and project manage them to a conclusion. The role will support different aspects i.e. working with TU, working with HR colleagues to share information, manage the change process, capture feedback, development and be able to support implementation of final changes and mobilisation of the new structures.

The person will have expertise and strong experience in undertaking reorganisations within a public sector arena, be confidence to work with heads of service to facilitate the change project and be able to work with HR employees who will be experiencing the change process.
