Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Provide a high quality customer service to assist library users in finding information and resources, including those in other libraries.
• To work with and assist in promoting library membership and a love of reading
• To work with and confidently assist and advise people in the use of any technology available in the library including logging on to PCs printing and copying. Referring more complex enquires to senior colleagues
• To help promote and assist users in the use of the e-library online resources and services, referring more complex enquiries to senior colleagues
• Accurately shelve library resources and help keep the library tidy and well-ordered for customers
